Susanne Knossalla
Susanne holds a degree in Administrative Sciences and Adult Education. After her role as a department head in the business division of the Hessian Ministry of the Interior, she transitioned into her current roles as a trainer, coach, and organisational consultant. Her passion lies in providing sustainable guidance and support to individuals and organizations through developmental processes. Her wealth of experience spans from international and national companies across various industries, government agencies at both state and federal levels, startups, to high-performance athletes.
She works in German and English and combines classical methods with agile approaches. In everything she does, she brings structure and playful lightness together.
