Bianca Mahler
Bianca has a degree in psychology and studied in Trier and San Juan (Puerto Rico). During her studies, her enthusiasm for team processes and individual development within organizations grew. She began her professional career as a consultant at TÜV Rheinland, where she was able to accompany numerous change processes and develop and conduct trainings in the area of communication and conflict.
For several years, Bianca worked at RWE in change management, shaping various change processes, always mindful of respecting people's diverse needs while keeping the company's goals in focus. During this time, she discovered her passion for supporting employees and leaders in conflict resolution. At RWE, she also had the opportunity to lead a team in personnel development and take on the perspective of a manager in a corporate group.
Since 2014, she has been working independently as a coach, conflict moderator, and consultant.
