Sören Hansen
Sören studied psychology and business administration at the Universities of Bremen and Salamanca, Spain. In the course of his career at a major corporation in the automotive industry, he held various international HR positions, where he was most recently head of personnel and organisational development as well as HR strategy. The focus of his work was on the development and implementation of international leadership development programmes, coaching teams and high potentials, establishing career paths, supporting large organisational development projects, change management of transformation projects and the further development and implementation of HR strategies. Today, he works independently and as an organizational developer within the corporation, following the motto: "From practice - for practice."
At ISB Wiesloch he discovered his passion for systemic consulting and leadership culture development. Since then, he has supported companies, managers and high potentials as a consultant in the areas of organisational and personal development as well as in change projects. His approach is always practical and pragmatic with a focus on what is feasible for the organisation and the individual across all hierarchical levels.
